2012 FTOY Competition

For those great lodges competing in the "Fellowcraft Team of the Year" competition...some excellent motivation...

Congrats to Bro. Nathan M. Trester

Congratulations!!!

to Bro. Nathan M. Trester of Yeatman-Mt. Washington Lodge No. 162 for exemplifying his 3rd Masonic Charge. The SOPM will be in attendance at their Stated Meeting this Friday to present him his 3-Charges pin and certificate of recognition. Well done Nathan!

The SOPM has a New Home!

Thanks to the generosity of the Valley of Cincinnati - Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, the Society of Past Masters now calls the Cincinnati Masonic Center its home.  Located at 317 E Fifth Street, in downtown Cincinnati, this beautiful edifice is the home of many Scottish Rite, Blue Lodge, York Rite Masons and other Masonic bodies. We extend our heart-felt appreciation to Executive Director, Ill. Bro. Robert W. Dumford and the Valley of Cincinnati for their hospitality.

Welcome to the Society of Past Masters Website!

Our Mission:

  • To foster a passion for learning among Freemasons of the Cincinnati area

  • To offer structured methodologies and tutoring services to the Blue Lodges and their Brethren in their study of the Masonic Ritual

  •  To promote fellowship and brotherly love through enjoyable activities and events throughout the year

As we launch and continually improve our new online presence, be sure to check-back often for our ever increasing content.  District Education Officers and Lodge Education Officers will soon have exclusive access to our private library of articles, poetry, links and other tools for your own education programs.

Have you found some interesting Masonic information? Feel free to submit it to us for consideration to be added to our libraries. Our goal is to build a treasure-trove of relevant and  enlightening content for the benefit of the Brethren.

Come see all the SOPM has to offer!
